Welcome to DIGNITY'S whistleblower solution
On this page, employees and relevant external stakeholders can submit whistleblower reports in an anonymous and secure way.

Whistleblower policy
The purpose of the whistleblower solution is to give both employees and relevant external persons the opportunity to submit anonymous reports about violations of relevance to the organization. As the submission of a report is anonymous, reports can be submitted without having to fear from negative consequences hereof. You can read more in our whistleblower policy here.

Here’s how it works:
  • If you want to report an incident, click ”Submit report” below.
  • Follow the simple instructions to submit a report anonymously.
  • After submitting your report, you receive a unique web address (URL) and password. On this address, the receiver of your case can respond to your report without compromising your anonymity.

What do we do to ensure your complete anonymity and data security:
  • You will not be asked to provide your name, or any other personal identifiers, and the process is anonymized.
  • All information is end-to-end encrypted, so any information provided remains safe.
  • Your message will automatically be stylometrically redacted to provide you with an even higher level of anonymity. This means that the solution removes all punctuation and convert all words to lowercase.
  • The report is automatically delayed being sent at a random time within 3 hours after submitting.
  • You should also ensure not use the kinds of idioms or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or when writing e-mails.
